Our search for the right location to grow for flavor took us to the state of Guerrero, where the ideal weather and soil conditions allows us to produce the best tasting honeydews in the world during winter and
spring. That is why VIVA Honeydews are always-so-good!®
Our honeydews possess a creamy white color, spherical shape and smooth surface, accompanied by a wholesome, delicious and flavorful experience in every bite. It is not a coincidence that our melons taste-sooo-good!® The quality comes from the hard work and care our farm and packing teams dedicate to each melon every day, from placing each melon to grow on trays at our fields to prevent them from touching the ground to measuring sugar content to ensure the best tasting honeydews arrive at your table.

We take pride and joy in our watermelon production. We are true
believers that “a watermelon tastes better when you eat it with your

Green Asparagus
We grow and pack asparagus in the state of Sonora. This super food has been grown for thousands of years. Asparagus can grow up to 7 inches in a single day and its roots can grow up to 20 feet. Asparagus beds are cut daily, and the harvesting period lasts around 70 to 80 days.

Seedless Table Grapes
Dedication is the key to growing sweet-tasting grapes, and we have a lot of it. We ensure our grapes receive plenty of sunlight from the Sonora desert and adequate soil moisture. Our field experts will walk the vineyards several times every day to measure brix content and color of the fruit. We measure soluble solids content in grapes to determine how sweet our grapes are, using a refractometer and expressed in degrees. Trimming excessive foliage and grape clusters at the right time of the development process is key for good looking and tasty grapes.

White/Green Grapes are packed with vitamin B6, potassium and manganese.
